I'm Brenda Lomeli

I've built my career as a Master Life Coach & Holistic Nutrition Specialist doing this work because I struggled with my weight and food for what felt like a lifetime (…20 years!).

'Struggled' really is an understatement, but let me give you a snapshot:
I weighed almost 200 pounds, there were some low moments I barely recognized myself and was baffled by my own behavior (like eating old ritz crackers out the trash…), I lost and gained the same 30-50 lbs way. too. many. times.

It took me decades of cycling through ALL kinds of different things for way too long. I was in this deep hole with so many other women. I got out of it.

I used to weigh almost 200lbs.

However much you've struggled, trust me when I say: I GET IT.

At my heaviest I weighed almost 200 lbs (197 to be exact!). I know what it's like to feel so dissatisfied with my body that I said no to meaningful events just so I wouldn't be seen. I made and broke promises to myself daily. I was at a total loss for how to get myself unstuck and couldn't understand my own behavior. I knew how to lose the weight (I lost it a bunch of times!) but I would end up regaining it and even when I lost the weight or 'quit' trying to lose the weight…

…the struggle was still alive and well in my mind.

When I finally did lose my 'LAST 10' pounds, it wasn't just the pounds that I lost, I also ditched the brain chatter and got off the emotional roller coaster.
